We bring in top-notch comedians so you’re sure to see an amazing show almost any night of the week. Whether you’re going out with your friends or that special someone, our fun atmosphere and good vibes guarantee you’ll have a fantastic evening.

In 2021, we realized that San Luis Obispo County lacked a local comedy scene as the world emerged from the COVID pandemic. SLO Comedy Underground was founded to fill that void. For over two years we ran over 100 shows, providing top quality entertainment throughout SLO county.

In 2023, we decided it was time to expand our operation. We changed our name to CAL Comedy Underground and began our first show in the LA area: Torrance Comedy Underground.
