In 2012 John won the COCA comedian of the year award and then moved to London England which gave him the opportunity to be featured on BBC Radio 4, BBC as a comedy correspondent and be selected to appear in the Comedy Reserve Showcase at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival in 2013. In 2014 John appeared at the Glasgow Comedy Festival as part of the Homecoming Showcase as well as the Leicester, Nottingham and Machynlleth Comedy Festival. John then debuted his new stand up show "Adventure" at the 2014 Edinburgh Festival and appeared on BBC3's Sean Walsh Late Night Comedy Spectacular. John was then invited to be part of the Best of the Edinburgh Fest tour at the Perth World Fringe, Adelaide Fringe Festival and the Melbourne Comedy Festival. John was also invited to participate in a gala at the 2015 Montreal Just For Laughs Festival capping of 2015 John returned to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with his new show 'Marked from the Start' which earned a nomination for the Amused Moose Comedy Award.

Then in 2016, John returned to the Melbourne Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe with a new show called "Integrity" which also ran in the West End of London and helped John get a spot on the Australian Comedy Channel. When not touring John wrote the short film "Who is Hannah" which won both the People's choice award, the Jury Prize at the Lakeshorts Film Festival and has been purchased for air by the CBC. He is also a graduate of the Second City Conservatory and one hell of a swimmer. Currently residing in Los Angeles, John has had a rough couple of years after continually being punched in the balls by life! When not turning tragedy into jokes, John has appeared on Comedy Central, BBC 3 (when it was a TV Channel the first time), Radio 4 and on America’s Got Talent!

Oh and lets not forget that Dennis Rodman heckled him at a comedy club.
